Added Value to the Customer :
· Production line safety was the priority. For this reason, we strictly follow high safety norms and standards during all working processes.
· We have provided a detailed work methodology that includes all stages and details of the work.
Engineering Concept :
The beam was located above a working production line of valuable and expensive export products with total height 10 meters from the ground. We needed to cut it into small pieces so that we could pull these pieces down one by one without causing any failure in the working process of the production line.
Fast Track Solution :
· We used the Tube and Fitting System as a shoring and supporting system for the beams. Also, we used it as a platform for the labors.
· Before starting the cutting stage using the Plasma Cutting Machine, we had to cover the production line with special panels and covers with fire-resistant ability.
· After cutting each part we pull it down using the Blanco.
· We repeated the process until we pull the entire beam down.
