Engineering Concept:
The required is to lift the deformed slab to the original position, then casting a supporting concrete beam near to the slab’s edge.
Fast Track Solution:
· Project-specific special solution through lifting and supporting the elements.
· Curing made in only 2 stages: First lift the slab to the required position, then support and cast beam at the edge of the slab:
1.Cuplock system with steel walers for supporting the jack to implement the lifting process.
2.Planting reinforced steel dowels to fix the steel reinforced bars of the beam.
3.The use of wood falsework as a shoring solution for formwork used in concrete beam.
