Engineering Concept:
Our client is one of the largest glass manufacturing companies in Egypt. Due to some of their internal logistical and organizational requirements, the need arose to change the storage location of the glass machines and move them to another place.
Fast Track Solution:
· We lifted the 1st machine using the hydraulic jacking
system in order to be able to insert the skidding rails underneath it.
· Skidding started using our special equipment for a 5-meter lateral movement, then 30 meters in the longitudinal direction, and then again a 7-meter lateral movement to reach the new location for the machine.
· For the 2nd machine we repeat the same previous process.
