\u00b7<\/span> Production line safety was the priority. For this reason, we\nstrictly follow high safety norms and standards during all working processes.<\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> We have provided a detailed work methodology that includes all\nstages and details of the work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Engineering Concept :<\/h2>\n

The beam was located above a working production\nline of valuable and expensive export products with total height 10 meters from\nthe ground. We needed to cut it into small pieces so that we could pull these\npieces down one by one without causing any failure in the working process of\nthe production line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Fast Track Solution :<\/h2>\n

\u00b7<\/span> We used the Tube and Fitting System as a shoring and supporting system for the beams. Also, we used it as a platform for\nthe labors.<\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> Before starting the cutting stage using the Plasma Cutting Machine,\nwe had to cover the production line with special panels and covers with\nfire-resistant ability.<\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> After cutting each part we pull it down using the Blanco.<\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> We repeated the process until we pull the entire beam down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
